monaco 172 this morning, locks heath. complete with cs sticker gave you a flash as i turned off brook lane roundabout.

christened my new wash mitt twice today (thanks to Ady182 for supplying) :cool: thought id put a couple of pictures up. nothing special used to clean really, 2 bucket method, dried and polished using AG super resin polish.

theres two ek type r's round my way one white one with carbon bonnet and a limited edition jdm (?) one which is absolutely mint. I think they're the best looking ones, the eg looks a bit dated imo. they're nearly as fast as my clio too! :)

beware of wet roads. lack of ABS can catch you out if your not careful. other than that enjoy! also take note of the warnings about power etc, i stepped up from a corsa GSI (110bhp) and i was shocked at just how quick the clio can be. had mine for little over a year and been smiling since...

the things thats tempting me is mainly handling. any idiot can drive fast in a straight line, its more about the twisty stuff imo. the brakes on the 197 look and probably are far better, and im told they handle a lot better? i think a test drive is in order.

i doubt it? Mines a cup too so no ABS for me. dry weather theyre fantastic, wet or greasy roads they're scary.
