so new idle control valve and throttle at idle and reving at 3k. Theres no possible way it can be unless it's letting air in somewhere, had or done any work on the car recently?
Is it a genuine idle control valve, I changed one the other day that was new but non genuine and it needed 'setting'...
Thought it would only be fair to link you guys up as I was going to put it on here but it's free listing weekend on the bay.

£295ono if anyone wants them
In all honesty you must have an idea of who has done that, it's not a random attack for them to spend that much time on the attack. You must of pissed someone off either that or mistaken identity. Either way it's gutting
Ran a similar set up myself for my first track day, later on I went for more camber as I was also getting a lot of under steer, ran -3 degrees and it transformed the car in the corners. Give it a go
Suspension was koni adjustabels with sportlines, camber bolts and ast solid top mounts by the way
Ah did you buy this from Lincoln? 90% sure its the same one that used to be my mates. Did you get the front bumper re-sprayed? Generally a nice car, well it was when he had it assuming its been looked after since
One question? Do you smoke? Only car fire I've been to that looked like that was down to a bit of someones cherry off there cig blowing off into the back seat without them realising. They then parked there car up and came back to a similar state
Had the exact same on my cup and as said brilliant all round but springs are too soft for track, if your wanting a good all rounder go for it, you'll still be quick on track you'll just find a bit of under steer that you dont expect if your really pushing it
Re: Running ABS on track car???????????
Also got a 172 cup master cylinder for you to remove abs. Mines ready to post and only done 61k if your interested pm me
Saw the exact same car for sale. Advert with no mileage by any chance? Had to ask them for it. Put it this way if I thought it was worth buying it woudn't of been for sale by the time you saw it ;)

As above there was an advert on here the other day for loads of cup racers for sale and I cant find it now. Got someone who's looking for one for experience towards his race license. If someone could link me up that would be great, tried searching for all sorts with no luck
