This is exactly the spec I would go for, looks amzing.
The only thing that puts me off is the poor econmy. For instance my ph1 is rapid but also returns 35 mpg. Some 197 owners are reporting 25MPG! :-(
I just bought a set of these but not fitted them yet. From my research if you fit them with simlar ride height springs then it should be ok. Im sure you wont need to make any adjustments with your eibachs.
Some people recomend you should get everything checked over to make sure the geomtry...
I have owned a 172FF, 172 CUP, 182 CUP and now my Ph1 172. They were all great cars.
172 FF - all the toys but just missing the edge on performance
172 CUP - Felt sharper and more eger but too basic for me
182 CUP - looked nice and it was quick but didn't like the Cup version.

For the same amount of time/effort and money you could so a 2.0 conversion with much better gains.
I'm sure your insurnace company would also have something to say.
Basicaly its a none starter, and I dought anyone will bother with the conversion.
Not many people rate the Gaz setup. Much more people rate the Koni setup for road use.
The koni's come with apex springs which are a bit harsh, I just bought a kit (yet to fit) and will most likly run eibach sportlines with them.
Ok you might think this sounds a bit strange but hear me out..
