    Think you would need a 1.6 rear disc axel and as said on a 1.2 would be a complete waste of time. Painting them would be the easiest/cheaper option.

    Thanks for the link. Are the bearings in the rear discs the actual wheel bearings or are the bearings just for the disc? Think my rear wheel bearings are on their way out, so if I get new disc's and bearings, is this the same as replacing the wheel bearings?

    I have had a sprint against a VXR twice and every time I passed them with not too much trouble, believe me the RS clio's are quicker. Both times the VXR started the 'sprint'. Could be different against a re-mapped one?

    Personaly I think the 172 PH1 is quite raw anyway, its certainly not as refined as the ph2, dont know if thats because there older?? You'll love a ph1 plus you will enjoy that little bit of extra power.
