Paul,
Yup, fitted the bonnet, and have now smoothed out the tatty bump strips in the bumper and resprayed it, I must admit I think its one of the most mint Phase 1s around now..
Will send you some pics if youre interested.

Too right, looks orrible.
The last good looking saloon Ren made was the 19 Chamade IMHO, I think that the megane Classic is as ugly as that excuse for a Clio above..
Dont suppose anyone has got an old Sony head unit that doesnt work anymore?

I was cleaning water out of the plug wells in my valver, poured redex into the wells, then turned the engine over without any plugs in, but didnt seal the wells, result= Redex and petrol all over the engine bay!
Got burgled, thought they stolen my spare keys, so new locks all round, 2 days...
As I have had a bit of the bumper trim damaged on my Ren 19, I was thinking of removing them all and smoothing and painting the bumper, however after just buying a new bonnet and zaust for it, Im keen to do it myself to save a few pennies.
How hard is it? Is it just a case of filler, sand then...
Edd is absolutely right, even more so with Williams, forget about Parkers Guides, if its good nick, and has been well cared for £6000 isnt really overproced for a Clio Williams.. IMHO
