What do you think about Police chases? All i see after a chase on programmes like "police stop" is a horrific crash. Surely if joy riders were not aprehended by a unit and just monitered by cctv etc thered be less endangerment to the civilians from the nutters trying to get away.

Just for my opinion. I aggree with rt I like the forum as it is. Its only a problem when fools say they toast evos etc. but as rt said they just get laughed at. If it caused such offense to individuals, why did they read it? and or comment? i find it highly entertaining to be honest and laugh...

Yup, I agree with you totally. Ive always admired throttle bodies and also the sound is amazing! just think what it would sound like on a 172!! "rrrrrroooooooaaaaaaap!!!" (sorry, got carried away there! )

It certainly would. I love the V6 and isnt the new one coming out with 260bhp? out of any car gazed at on the road, the V6 definately gets the most attention! just imagine a staight-through "zorst"!!

If you want to race bikes get a car like that Dax Rush in CCC with 700bhp/per tonne with the turbo-charged hayabusa engine! 2.something to 60 wasnt it? only cost the guy £15,000! not bad! or if money is not a problem go for the Tiger Z100R twin engines and holds the 0-100-0 record doesnt it...

nick, your R5 has over 200 bhp, and dont they weigh something like 800 kg. It would toast a 172! i saw a standard R5 gtt beat a (all beit 5-up) pulsar up a hill! its all to do with power to weight and the R5 may be quite old, but its cool!

Timebomb - try re-setting your ECU. Turn the ignition on, dont fire the engine, pump the throttle to the floor 5 times, then turn off for 30 seconds. Then turn on, might work? who knows.
