You'll need to get a new fob as well, would probably work out cheaper and easier to get new kuch, ecu and fob and then get your key number and get a new blade cut for that instead.
you can do a leakdown test but if the stems have a double bend then they can still seal ok but not open anywhere near enough.
as a rule if it's out far enough to not start then you've done valves.
