    nothing like a honda as it will have torque!! black was car with decat, filter and rs tuner map. red 197 cams, milltek exhaust, epas, air con delete and matched inlets.

    With a decent map should give you nudging 190bhp if not a bit more with few other mods.

    The 197 Engine and box fit in easily. Need to sort shafts and sort the shifter out. To run it on standard Clio management you need to change the dephaser and solenoid and can only then run it on/off not fully variable. If you do that then you might as well just run 197 cams in the stock motor.

    could weld a short flexi in if you wanted but seen plenty running without anything, as long as mounts are good shouldn't be much of an issue. the pms 'ball joint' is a good set up.

    it's not that bad a job to do. bit fiddly but done worse.

    not sure on the size sorry. can do it on the car but just a bit fiddly welding around the top, if you want you can unbolt the manifold from the head and drop it back and down, that weill give you more room around it.

    stick with the 19mm bar if you're bracing the beam. i just built one with same set up running bc's and it was good. put in some good stage times.

    have you used the new bolts straight through the plate to hold the rear beam brackets in place? presume you have but just double checking. have fun with the loom, i've got two in now to do...happy happy joy joy :confounded::confounded:

    got to say pass on that sorry but if you're going through the hassle of fitting a 182 manifold you might as well fit a genuine one.
