yup, thought i'd said? think oil pump threw a wobbler, spun a shell by the sound of it and locked up. not stripped the engine yet to find out what it was.
chucked a spare engine in just to get it moving but got everything for a forged, high comp, bodied screamer. well everything apart from the time to build it that is!!
hopefully get it built over next couple of weeks and get it in.
I honestly wouldn't believe a word he said and from people's experience with him already wouldn't trust him with 50p let alone hundreds of pounds.
If you do get one from him whatever you do pay by PayPal as goods and no other way.
peanuts!! i've already got one so don't really need another, i would have one if it was cheap though. mine was the first one fitted and then slagged off so i bought it cheap as a 'used' one.
personally i think £500, was plenty of interest when the nugget was doing them at £490 delivered so...
whatever you go for look at how they fit in the car, some don't follow the body line at all and seen others that have about 3" clearance over the top hoop.
i did, hence the reply. if you're talking to him about being distributor etc be prepared to be messed around, have him sell them cheaper on facebook, demand you buy a silly amount each month...
even though they've gone up 197 cams are still decent value for the gains they can give.
prima started doing billet cams for £300 but think that was just an introductory offer but worth checking their price.
