    fpr is in the sender unit/mount. pump is straightforward to change, just get a bit of fuel line to replace the hard plastic pipe.

    didn't think of that but if you take 1 as belt end they still work out ok as it's running wasted spark.

    the 17" wheels ruin them!! get it on 16" and some decent tyres. my lad has got his on td 1.2 and ad08r, h&r springs and pms top mounts and brace (mounts and brace make a huge difference!!) ktec decat manifold, gt perfomance exhaust, clio phase 1 airbox and maped at efi so genuine figures...

    air leak will give you high idle, timing will be fine. iat sensor plugged in?

    The crank pulley can rust in place and not turn, it it does you need to pull it off and give it a good clean along with the end of the crank as well. It should spin freely when you try it without the belt on

    to be honest if you don't get how and why it's explained then i'd say to get someone to do the job for you. the engine does not turn at all with floating pulleys not tightened up.

    just sold a turbo to someone and he wants a pms, will hopefully sort something with him to get his standard shifter off him if it's in good condition.

    floating pulley, doesn't matter where it sits.

    few years ago we spoke about them and we said they wouldn't make any real difference but since seen half decent gains on the rollers.
