Decided to fit some FK highsports. Got them for a cracking price so i couldnt really say no. Goes back in next week to bring the front another 5-10mm. Photos taken by my mate on D60.

DSG is faster than manual to 60 .

I think its just as quick as the meg but it has a lot more torque. I'd say , believe it or not it handles better. Build quality , interior , all round it's just in a completely different league. The exhaust and general noise ..... Incredible. It sounds nothing like any clips you will hear on...

Nothing major on the car yet. So far its simple things like new number plate screws and rear plate holder (awaiting new pressed legal plates) and flapper mod with ghetto golf tee fix. Yesterday i did however order myself FK coilovers :D so ill have those fitted hopefully at some point next week...

I had never loved or hated the front of it if I'm honest. Agree te mkiv looks "harder" from the front but I think the 5 looks better from everywhere else , particularly the rear. The grill has definitely grown on me . Considered doing it black with black wheels but I've seen one done not far...

the mk4 is still expensive you mean? I think theyre at a good price tbh
