If your on a budget then 40mm drop on Eibach springs does the job just fine. I've got that set up and you dont have to crawl at 5mph getting over speed bumps! and they handle ok too. If you have got plently of money the coil overs. It all depends on budget.
I filled up and i have noticed no different. I was surprised when i got handed a leflet and air freshner with fuel save on it. I gess at least you dont have to pay extra or do you?
As above i got a new camara the other week so i gave the car a clean and took some pics before heading to the isle of white for a week in it. Comments and ideas welcome. ;)

Got a oz F1 as a spear wheel. Tire foam avoid! i would rather risk it! I used the F1 when i had a puncture on of one of my 17's and it felt no different in driving.
Cheers for the advice. I went to halfords yesterday and i found the Ford electric orange so im going to go with that. One last question. Does anyone know the best way of removing the mirror covers without breaking them? :S
