40D =£576.99
24-105 =£564.99
so £1141.98 all in only...
yep really happy i went from a eos 1n to the 40d so its my first digital body and i must say i am really pleased with the pairing i have been hanging on till the 40d came out becasuse it has all i wanted at an affordable price:approve:
upto now yes its fine 38-168mm with the 1.6 multiplier all i can say is buy one its an amazing piece of glass i am going to get a 10-20mm sigma for dramatic landscape shots when funds allow:dapprove: i sold my 20-35usm and my 28-135is usm and opted for the 24-105 f4L mainly because of its build...

arrived really swiftly really impressed with it
well my 40d arrived this morning and all i can say is i am very impressed so far and it actually feel like a old school eos slr camera being made out of magnesium alloy it gives it that bit of needed weight compared to the 400d:approve:

another quick question the plate my mrs bought me is ADY 554D but having a quick scan through the forums most people with private plate have gone for a prefix type i.e J44 ADY any ideas why the style she has got is...
planning on going down my local dvla tomorrow(nottingham) to get my new plate transfered but the guy i have got the plate of says they will accept a copy of my tax disc is this true or will i need to take the original?

there is only one really decent dock worth getting it's the arcam r-dock usually around £120 but the quality is amazing i have one running with a arcam solo and the sound quality is hardly discernible from a cd
