Iirc it's essentially a mk2 ph2, although obviously the boot and bumpers are different to older ph2's.

Does anyone else notice the speed you can select both varies and differs from the speedo? I can only sometimes select exactly 30, sometimes it jumps from 29-31 and others I can get 30. All speeds vary the same. Also if I select exactly 40 on the cruise control, the speedo reads 42/3.

Dragging an old thread up but did you get this sorted? I'm having the same rattle at 3k which isn't the heatshields or the centre section. Annoying.

As addicted said, don't get a cup, get a normal 182, with or without cup packs. If you get without cup suspension pack, you have a wider choice of suspension products available and normally cheaper too.

I echo that it sounds broken, really dont understand it.

It could be that your wheels have been sprayed anthracite. Just to throw a spanner in the works. I have the spoiler pack but not the suspension/wheels. Get the wheel off and measure between the bolts holding the shock onto the hub at the front. Thats the only way of telling. Get some pics up!!

Keep the filter, just see about getting some silicone hosing to relocate the cone to a colder part of the engine bay. Search for the new k-tec 182 induction kit for ideas.

Added some sealant around the flange joint between cat and pipe, and a bit around the cat-manifold joint. Much better but think it needs more.
