couldnt tell you about the bulbs as i drive a mk2 172, and the lights are a bastid to get to on that, so i stay away. As for filters, if you defo want a panel filter, there are alot of recomendations, i use a Green Air Replacement element, and it has been great so far. so thats my recommedation...
