I would. Go in, explain what's happened, even show a picture or two from your phone. Explain that you don't think the product quality is acceptable within the sales of goods act. See what they say.

I used it. They use local contractors. I had a CRT TV, there was no loan TV, local guy came by, picked it up, fixed the issue within a few days and dropped it back. If it's not fixable, you get the value of the TV to spend in JL again as I understand it.

If it's rubbing on the actual bars, go all the way around the outside of the sub with rubber. Anything like a bonnet seal or something'll do.

Take the seat out, and fix it down properly dude. Bit of foam underneath and maybe if there's nothing there a couple of small bolts through the floor pan. Are you sure it's not rattling on the seat itself? Check under there first for anything that could be doing it, I.e the springs underneath...

Just springs, do eeeeettt. Level as in the front arch gap looks far greater than the back.

I know I really shouldn't say this, but the front does need to come down a bit, just to level it out. Bloody lovely though.
