might be air trapped in the system !! Jack the front of the car up, take the cap off the powersteering fluid bottle and turn the steering wheel between locks about 10 times maybe more untill all bubbles stop appearing !!

Theres also a bleed on the heater matrix !! open the rad bleed valve, open the expansion tank and blow into it !! This will force any air out, put the screw back in when coolant comes out !!
