any idea on how to remove the pulley ? Ive got the 7mm allen key in the middle and the open ended spanner on it but it seems to stop once the belt is slack !!

I dont really have the equipment to take the engine out !! If i did i would probably do my timing belt at the same time !!

removed the water pump pulley and the PAS pump pulley !! But there is a smaller pulley further in the bay which is restricting the access to it !! There is a big metal casting on the front of the engine which the pump is bolted to then the casting is bolted to the engine !! Do i need to remove...

They come pre-cut !! Just the right size for the pillar !! They are a doddle to fit !! I wanted to remove mine then thought it would sell better with them on so i put them back on !! They are expensive though for just a fookin sticker !! To get them off its easiest to use a hairdryer to heat em...

decokers are only really effective on low mile engines !! If you decoke a high mile engine you may make it worse !! basically it removes the crap from within your engine !! Worth a go i suppose but dont expect miracles !!

We have removed 7 of the 9 bolts holding the pump to the engine but cant get to the other 2 !! They are hidden behind a pulley and other metal casting thing !! any idea how to reach these bolts ????

You may have bent the subframe !! Thats what i did when i hit a curb in the ice !! expensive to fix :cry: unless you do it yourself !!
