Bedford a month or so ago, was a good day. I got 31 hi res pics from that trackday so if you want any let me know. Along with Oulton and 2 brands days aswell.
you'll be lucky to get much of a gain from any exhaust on a 2.0 clio!
my prospeed just helps with the revs, a lot freeer and i notice a little change but that could be the decat. iirc the supersprint gives a little gain but most are too g a y to put up with it. you'll need other mods to help out.
Make sure you don't lose or put that bearing seal/spacer on the wrong way round. They're hard to get hold of and don't come with the bearing kits or discs!!
Apart form that rears are easy to do, you'll need a 30mm iirc socket to get the centre nut off.
izibizi, 40 at the front. that must squeel and spin like a b**ch!!
I normally only go up a couple of psi if at all. maybe a bit more with PE2's cos the sidewalls are well soft.
bezza, you'll be hard pushed to use any oil. mine didn't drink any over the last 12,000 miles including bedford...
DS2500's all the way, mine have been on for 3 trackdays one of which the ring over about 8 months and still have loads left in them. Good when cold and even better when hot and they don;t make much mess either.
They're spot on Day.
Yeah I'm not far off the floor at all on the coilovers so they rub! Even the 195's rub round track when pushed.
Mytyres are cheap but unless you have a tyre fitting machine or you know someone that can do it for free it's gonna be roughly the same price wherever you go.
How low is the car? I'm on H&R's and can't run 205's cos they rub so I've stuck with the original 195/45/16.
I'm now running PE2's and they are awesome considering they're an allround tyre. Would like to try paradas but they only come in 205 wide, they get a great review too from guys in here.
