The VLN practice day was the saturday me and jenic was there, infact at 8am they acted as our alarm clock as they came flying down through the dip next to the hotel
That LY looks sweet
The headunit looks good even though nowadays most of them are similar in performance, just depends what extra features you want it to do. That seems to do everything which is always good
As jack says, find out the spec of the amp you will be using first and build around that, you don't want to...
I searched for a few months for one to come up. I couldnt pick a fault at all with mine when viewing so bought it there and then, but as said you will probably pay slightly more than the average price
If your looking at spending £60 i would suggest these, they are a little over budget but better quality imo

You also need to keep your eye on the mounting depth, im not sure on the maximum depth you can fit (think its around 65mm...
as said above you need the correct projector headlights with auto adjust and washers to be legal. I had the osram nightbreakers in my old car and they give off alot whiter light than standard bulbs, Only around £10-15 off ebay
Have you tried hids-direct.co.uk. they seem to have a good reputation. You will want either 4.3k for natural white light or 6k for a tint of blue
Think the fitment is H7 but not 100%
I wasnt sure at first but there growing on me the more I look at it. For the price I can always change back if I really start to dislike them
With the cliosport discount it came to £200 delivered next day 195/45/16. Couldn't find anywhere else that came close
As i was going away to the ring over the last weekend and the car would be sat at home, i decided it would be the perfect time to sort the alloys out as they looked to have had a bad DIY refurb prior to purchasing the car. The tyres were also on their last legs so everything was done at once...
Most of them photos have been taken using the camera+ app on iphone then just clicked clarity which is suppose to sort it out quickly without any messing about. As i was taking the photos quickly it seemed the easiest thing to do
Quick picture of how the car is at the moment. Wheels courtesy of jenic (in super quick time from phone call to arriving) after i picked up a puncture. It will stay like this for around 2 week whilst the turinis go in for a refurb, 4 new tyres are ordered and we return from our trip to the ring...
You will have to ask jenic about the pictures as i dont have a clue about them haha
Yeah it is only very slightly though, not my choice as the exhaust was on when i bought the car. If i had my way it would be stealth (may look in to it at a later date)
Thanks for the rest of the comments...
Decided yesterday was a perfect day to give the car a good wash and after tuesdays rain it looked in desperate need of one. After a little thinking time i decided to go the whole lot and give it a mini detail, so off i went to halfords to pick up a clay kit as this was the only thing i was...
Here you go, take it you meant the pro race 1.2s, its lowered exactly 35mm in the pic. U have also aquired a new set of brakes, tyres and rears spacers :rasp:
Here you go mate, use the trunking as mentioned above. Very easy to do, cables can be added or taken out quickly and when you come to take the tv down you arent left with any holes in the wall
Hi mate, the cup is mine :approve: yes the ride height is not the best, made worst by sitting next to mikes. Once my insurance is due for renewal I will be fitting some eibach sportlines to it and hopefully a rarb if I can get hold of one.
As already said, you definatley need to shop around a little harder. Even considering your location, i would still be expecting quotes alot less than 2k with 4 years no claims
