Not sure if I've met you chap, so sorry if that's more specific to mine than general, but yes. They're good. Not restrictive. But mine rattles somewhere. Started a few months back. Might just replace like for like.
The grades of paper start very high in grit grade, so it imparts deeper scratches than are really necessary. 2000 up is all that is needed. Yes it takes more time, but you are left with a fine finish from the fine grade paper, not scratched lenses.

Few things;
- RDS is a pre wash. Don't agitate it with a brush or mitt on the paintwork as you'll just inflict marring. It's designed to break down dirt and be pressure washed off, leaving as clean a surface as poss before you touch the car. It's also no longer on offer @£3...

Cracking car, really come around to them and for a "little" 1.2TFSI, it really shifts. Coupled with the ride quality and awesome DSG 7sp it's a lovely package!

Yeah as above really, chap. Looks good and betting the owner was very happy, but a few things that may help you achieve even better results;
- Always wheels first - stops you splashing dirt and cleaning fluid on already clean paintwork
- Use an Iron remover like IronX or IronOut, followed up by...
The video shows how the cars/engines respond in various scenarios. If you're buying a hot hatch, you are likely to be considering one of these two. One of the considerations is acceleration, yes. Not sure I said anything about buying the cars based on the video, however...!
C2V3 or Reload works nicely on wheels, glass, paintwork and metalwork, so that might be a good option for you. Pretty simple spray on buff off product.
I would stay away from the decontamination mitts as you will not be following it up with a machine polish and they can inflict damage. Bilt...
