I've got a trackday at bedford on 4th march and my contis will be shot all round after that day so will need new boots.
Thought about Paradas but heard so much about the PE2's...not sure which way to go?! Bare in mind I do 110 miles a day to work which is motorway...what would be the best bet...
I'm with direct line and am on my 3rd screen now. £50 excess.
Just give em a tinkle and they'll come out and either fix it or replace the screen. Easy enough.
Got 47.5 mpg the other day but I do motorway driving mostly now. Normally get about 380 before the light comes on which is rair, you have to fill up in prep whenever you can using the M25!! f**king traffic.
Been using contis for the past 3 years on my cup and can't really fault them considering the price. Saying that when approaching the end of their loves they feel very hard and lose grip. I did try the F1's but for me they had too much side movement at the rear because of the vertical tread...
Like the look of the black wheels but still not too sure...hmmm. Mine need doing soon but my water pump is on it's way out so gonna get the cambelt done at the same time...wheels will have to wait:(
Waiting list...not for a resident out there...supercars grow on trees iirc from when I was out there?
Aaaah, jumeirah beach, remember it well:D
oh, nice clio mate.
ARGH, bang out of order.
I was lucky enough (or not) to be sitting in my car when another one rolled into me. Finding out that way is harsh. Sure you'll get it sorted though mate.
Some seem to lower (or not) more on certain cars. I know for a fact the Eibach pro's on my cup raise the car. The Apex only lowered it a little bit aswell. But on a 182, the apex drop quite a bit.
Odd friday cars lol.
I already know of the authorised Renault & Pug bodyshop in Hatfield and have used them twice. Just wondered if anyone knows of any other good ones?
Gonna need poss new front bumper (depending on how they touch resin bodyworj up nowadays) and bonnet respray. Oh and got a scuff on the rear...
Welcome to the cup club. You'll love the little blue (or silver) rocket. Had mine for 3 years now and it still delivers a real driving buzz.
As long as you find a mechanically sound example you only have to worry about the odd rattle from the cabin but that all goes out of the window when you...
Yeah that is true gaz. I found out tonight my water pump is a bit knackered so that's gonna be sorted along with the Aux belt soon. Gonna leave the cambelt until 72k I think.
2k would cover paintwork and wheel refurbs (or track set).
