you can try, but you gotta be careful, the actual bumper is a white plastic usually, so when you scratch it, you see a white scratch. if your scratch is sitting proud and you try flat it down, it may just turn into a horrible raised white line with your scratch aswell.
well, if your really brave, sand it down with some P2000 wetordry with soapy water and polish it back up with some G3 or scratch-x, then touch the scratch up, polish it back down.
tbh i wouldnt goto extremes if your selling the car, your looking at £7 for G3, then price of some wetordry which...
ask in awanted section for someone who has an old touch up pen in your colour.
failing that goto renault and get a touch up pen. or if you know someone in the repair trade, get them to mix you up 1:10th of paint in a small pot.
then get either some folded masking tape or a cocktail stick and...
ive got some old flat headed screw drivers that ive ground the heads down so theyre rounded to use for PDR. sure they aint 2k worth of bars but they do the job lol
you can get bodywork plungers, but tbh, theyre only good for pulling out dents ready for fillering.
very rarely does a dent just 'pop' back to its normal shape, it has to be masaged slowly and carefully.
with a plunger its pretty hard to do slow and careful, its just a case of pull and hope lol
im pretty sure you'll need a drill to drill new holes into your arch liner as the original holes dont line up
im guessing that it probably will be easier to drop the back wheels off
uber = very very good, like elite, the best, outstanding, awesome, amazing etc
ich bin ein sehr gut moderator und william ist doof jejeje
that make sense? ;)
no idea i dont have one,
generally its bolts along the top by the tailgate
4 screws into the wheel arch
4-6 screws underneath the bumper and then itll just slide off.
on older cars they had 2 big bolts that went through the back panel into the bumper strengthener, but not on clios. so yea...
will just be slide off job, wont be hooked onto anything.
possibly a cable running to a number plate light if theres one in there, other than that, nope
should be able to get to them with a chubby screwdriver, if not, jack the car up, should give you more clearance, worse case sceneraia you gotta take wheels off, but should be easy really
