I'm more amused at the anti-snobbery comments. OP posts a picture of a car that the first few posters dislike (myself included) and then we get the "give the guy a break", "you own s**t box £3k Clios" comments...
New Clio, Audi S3, Audi TT, new Clio again and an R32 are the cars owned by...
I agree, but it's a "hassle" to buy off eBay, make sure it's unlocked, will it go wrong etc. Dad feels it would be much simpler to buy a phone on contract.
Apparently so. Dad has got one and finds it quite simple. She has an iPad now, although how much she uses it is anyones guess. There is...
I'll never get round the whole car, so do it in stages. Spray a panel, spray the next, spray a third, go back to first and wipe, spray fourth, go to second and wipe, spray fifth etc etc. This means it doesn't dry, I cover the entire car and don't miss areas, but also leave the product long...
Have I missed what exactly we're expecting from the new one? Fancy a new one since I'm running the 2, currently. Only reason to upgrade would be the speed and the new display... Company also do a tax free buy scheme (i.e. payments go out of gross salary).
Sure Signal not an option, fella? Lifesaver for us, both parents' house and Lakes house suffer from low reception but only down the lanes i.e. inside the house. Once you get to the main village, it's 3-5 bars of 3G!
Disagree on the double hit of Tardis - never seen evidence (in my own methods/detailing) of the use of a second hit. Spray, wipe, wash. I don't miss areas.
IronX however, yus.
Hi guys,
Talking to Vodafone later to add Mum to my account. She's been using the same Nokia for the last seven or eight years, perhaps more, but since she is spending £20 a month on PAYG, she might as well be on a contract.
Question is, what decent Nokias are out at the moment? Seen the Asha...
Interestingly, "send as SMS" was off on my phone, since updating to iOS7... will try again. Nothing should have changed on Dad's since I configured it a while ago.
Cheers, Chip.
Hi all,
Dad's not getting my texts at the moment. He runs iOS6 on a 4S - I run iOS7 on my 4S. Only happened since updating and having spoken to another of his friends on iOS7/4S, they're texts aren't getting through either.
Any ideas?
This point interests me, as that's the only reason for upgrading to a 5S. I'm on Voda, already have quite a large price plan (£50+), so the costs aren't that scary for 4G, but as with the 5 launch, wouldn't upgrade for the "better" phone...
This is what swayed me...
?
I would love to see that on a roof.
Few things;
- too much polish
- "applying polish" is incorrect, you work in polish to achieve the results he mentioned before the "or"
- you have no idea how many rpm the drill is turning at as most drills have soft start and different stage triggers
- in...
Agreed, but then again, I'm not in smart phone design and research, so I don't know what else they could add... I'll probably get a 5S now for Vodafone's 4G.
I agree on the buzz comment, DK. But I agreed with that for the launch of the 5. The only reason to upgrade for me (steady, personal opinion alert) is the speed of the phone (both processing and network/4G). There hasn't been a single upgrade that 5 users at work or in my social life have made...
