Jord, what was the outcome of this thread in the end? I've rounded off my nut on the brake line too trying to change them yesterday and it was stuck stupid tight - but the passenger one was nice and easy...

part number in 135RE0050, not sure whether they'll have stock though, i think i've got the majority of it at b'ham.
what was the sachs part number on the box, i'll have to double check tomorrow but pretty sure on the ph2's we only stock the valeo one.
for ph1's there's a part number listed under sachs, but the ph2 one fits too - so that's the one i always sell.
most likely tdc sensor, mine does this too.
might want to try taking off the tdc sensor and cleaning it, see if that helps. If not, worth changing it, not too expensive.
