hmm that is really strange. ive done 4k since i brought my car in october and i thought 38 was bad.
an i supppose renault said nothing about it. who do you get to service and mot it?
have you reset your your digital thing for a while as when i picked up my car when i goit it it was on 39mpg and stuck on that for about 600miles till i had reset it
my 2004 1.2 always gets 42 which isnt bad considering my brother other halfs new 2006 clio 105 DCi only gets 46
i wouldnt settle for anything less than 38 and thats when im giving it a good thrashing.
Hey emma. as ive said before its french and most french cars have problems at some point in there life, just be greatfull its not an old french car like my old one.
think i would lose mate.;)
i know yours says 1.2 but definatly isnt
its a shame about the bloddy weather the last couple of days as it looks a mess again.
Been on here for a while now but never really had any pics of the motor.
Saturday i had it polished up by my brother in-law down at his workshop.
got a few pics before, middle and could only get one of the finished article because it started raining as soon as i had finished drying it down:(...
hmmm fair enough. maybe i should ditch my megs one then!! oh yer rich i got my car machine polished on saturday. yet to get the pic on the computer tho:(
will put up a new topic as soon as i got the pics
thta sonus drying towel looks exactly the same as the megs one but in blue.
why is there such a difference in how they work? the only difference i can see in material is the the silk on the edges on the sonus one and satin on the megs one surely this wont make much of a diffeerence?
a guide on this would be great i may look into doing it in the future but i have the digital readout thing so not sure how would go about doing this part?
anyone near me in east sussex fancy doing it?
rich dont get me started on new pugs. the worst looking new cars ever IMHO not to mention that pug seem to lack the ability to porduce a hot hatch anymore.
anyway back on topic...
im having my car pc'd saturday but how can i prevent swearl marks coming up again.
here is what i use
clean...
it had had of been out on the track i think the 205 would of kicked some serious butt in the bends but the 206 would of cought up on the straights. real shame tho.
i heard that you had some problems with it when that was done but was that just a roomer
out of interest what mega pixel camera would be best to take good photos of the shine these things give as im having mine done saturday and want to take some pics before and after
to be fair to max power there are some nice cars in there.
well there was last time i looked. think it was probably a subtle smooth mk2 golf... something like that anyway
