I think it's because certain people don't want to accept the condition they're actually in. Few marks or shot to bits, what difference does it make, it's still gonna need a refurb? But people selling them with just a few marks seem to think that should only make them a tenner cheaper than if...
Who is they? The phone company?
I take some responsibility, obviously at the end of it all I take the pain of having to pay the bill - it just all seems a bit underhand/lack of transparency. But then, should I expect anything else from a big corporation these days?
Simply that you cannot dial 0800 from a mobile phone I think, you have to drop the 0 to make the call, but it doesn't make it free.
I think it's slightly misleading - as I explained to the person I spoke to on the phone.
The other thing was, it was only once my bill for the month got to £100...
I don't really need much data, I get by with 1GB at the moment; I've got WiFi at work and home, and when else do I need to do a lot of browsing? I don't stream video or music over 3G/4G, so not a problem.
I get the not being able to afford what you want, but credit is so cheap at the moment, why not spend say like £700 now on a credit card at 0% for 18 months, and just have it done? (Get the spec you actually wanted) Seems like so much less hassle.
I've ended up with an Android App, seems to do the job.
I think what annoyed me was the way O2 choose to word it - if when you called an 0800 number the voice told you "calls to this number are not free from a mobile phone, please redial without the first 0" does that not imply to you that if...
I don't really have a budget - I don't want to blow the bank because I already have a pair of KRK Monitors that I can use when I want decent sound, this is more as a back-up for when I don't want to have my monitors on.
I want behind me, because otherwise I've got to put something on the wall...
I've recently bought a projector and it beams onto a wall. I want to send the audio to something.
I don't want to spend too much, I was looking at getting a sound bar, but here's the thing, I would put the sound bar behind me, rather than in front, is this going to work? (from a...
I have a Macbook running Yosemite. In the past, AceStream was only available on Windows, so I had set as default that when an AceStream link is opened in Chrome, it automatically opens VMware Fusion running Window 8 in a VM, and then opens AceStream on Windows in that VM.
I've now got a way to...
Do gamer types watch TV? No point really.
Is there no TV style program that's like 30 minutes long once a week or fortnight or month or something like that online?
Yeah, I think like Banther said also, there's not so much pressure when you're online only, it's easy to get lazy. If your content drops off in a mag, people will stop buying it and that's your income gone. With online, it was free in the first place, so they're not going to lose your 'custom'...
The old school mags were so much better than modern online content - I think that's partly because gaming has become so real and serious though, it's not like you're playing as a small dragon, or a man who's limbs aren't attached to his body anymore. Plus it's now such big business. I always...
********DISCLAIMER: I'M NOT SAYING BUY DITCHFINDERS, FOR THOSE THAT ONLY READ THE FIRST SENTENCE IN EVERY POST BEFORE POSTING**********
Something completely controversial that goes against all CS logic - if you never really drive for fun, and most of your driving is during the 9-5 commute, like...
Your feels are right.
Sounds like grade A tosh, if it was done in 2010, why would the previous owner have had them done again 3 years later (recommended every 5 years - I get he might be being over-cautious, but I 99% doubt it given it's an expensive job on a relatively cheap car) and the now...
I'd pay the premium personally, but car colour is important to me, with any car I buy (or look to buy) I always try and get an exclusive colour, or a colour which I think is really nice, like Riviera Blue, or Midnight Purple, or if I was getting an M3 it would be Laguna Seca Blue - it just makes...
I just bought my PS4 off them, absolute fine - they're connected to Rakuten, they're not gonna be cowboys. If you order from them via Rakuten, you're covered.
