I don't think rare cars look s**t...it's just that often people think because cars are rare they're cool/desirable straight away despite looks/performance. TBH I'd rather have a silver Mk1 172 than the yellow one regardless of the fact that they are common as muck!

I do like the phase 1...don't see a great deal around see more 182s than Mk2 and Mk1 RS put together! Mk 1 Quite a benchmark car when it came out....I remember Plato test driving one head to head against the Civic Type R that came out at a similar time....raved about the handling:D

Bit tight in the RS engine bay but some cars are definately much worse....at least you can see the engine, dipstick and oil filter, mosy new cars are covered in plastic.

60k isn't a high miler...how anal are some people on here? Oh, I forgot, your supposed to buy sport clios, put them in a garage with a cloth over (after detailing) then buy a second car to keep the milage down on the RS! Cup sounds like a good car, if it's been serviced properly etc no...

Careful with their broadband as well Their home start package is anything but easy to set up....had to ring up their helpline (at a cost of £12:eek: ) just to get it working and that was after they had delivered it to the wrong address twice! All I can say is there's always a catch

Standard front seats are f**king heavy Aircon could go as well....don't need it anyway if last year was anything to go by

That kit looks pretty neat....not silly boost either so should fill the lack of torque at the bottom/mid range.

Had my K-tec sports cat on for a couple of years and has passed mots with ease. It will throw up the emissions light othough on the dash which you'll have to get cleared with an OBD reader
