The 172 that isnt a sheep......

You're crying out for spacers on the front, looking forward to seeing progress though

    Oh Hi.

In my case, ph1. But "extra 10bhp" doesn't really exist. A well built healthy 172 engine could decimate a Friday afternoon 182... The engines seem to vary a lot.

Whats the best sized screen for a smart phone??

Problem with the galaxy s2 is that it does feel massive in your pocket.... I don't think I'd want bigger than an iphone, which when I first got seemed quite big.

    My adventures with tw*tty Drivers

Knowsit! IMO the person in the small bus was entirely at fault. If "they were on the roundabout" makes them right, then you'd be able to pull out on anyone at a mini roundabout and get an insurance claim go your way!!! They should have looked to their right, seen the incoming Clio and given way

    Looks flipping awesome.

White Trackday 172 Project *Contains Awesome*

Care to elaborate on the erratic idle issue Ricardos??? For the throttle body, I used silicone spray on mine, as it doesn't dry up like wd40 etc... it seemed to keep my TB free for AGES before I needed to reapply (6months minimum).

    Lowering problem again.

All you need now (and I'm guessing, because we haven't seen decent pics yet) is spacers. It normally makes the non sports look 20x better.

    Lowering problem again.

Nothing wrong with cheap-ish springs, some can be alright. Looks not bad though, not bad at all. Have to get some decent pics.

    e36 M3 (535bhp)

Woah. All that money and he can't take decent quality pics? ;)

    Oh Hi.

The 182 is no faster. I am 100% sure of this.

    holding back

I wouldn't. There's clearly something not right, get it on a fault code reader. A service is never a bad thing, but it's hardly going to cure this is it?

Another s**t supercar (Pagani) ignition key

The first thing I'd do after buying the car would be to have the key changed to something else. That is awful.

Anyone changed there speakers in the Clio ph2 dash?

If you're going to do that, you may aswell just leave them there. They're not doing any harm.
  24. Rob

    Finally. I bought an ///M3.

Can I have a go? ;) Oh and are you keeping the T?
  25. Rob

    Oh Hi.

As above yeah, a clio sport is a 1.4 mk2 ph1, a Renault Sport Clio is any of the 2.0 16v models.
  26. Rob

Anyone changed there speakers in the Clio ph2 dash?

They're tweeters, I think they're a standard tweeter size, you can get to them by just popping the little cover off, haven't even got to take the dash top off iirc.

Need to remove rear bumper, Reversed into a dickhead!

It's easy. Honestly. If you were in my area I'd pop over and give you a hand.

Need to remove rear bumper, Reversed into a dickhead!

It's dead easy... Two (or four) screws to remove along the boot edge. (You can see these when you open the boot). Two bolts inside the arches, (you need unscrew the arch liner for the bumper, then you'll be able to see it, I think it's a 10 or 13mm bolt) If it doesn't come off after these, I...

    Oh Hi.

Performance, nothing. Not actually joking either. A member (with a 182) and I went from about 40 to way past the limit and we were literally neck and neck.
