Do note, turn around time if you want to go via exchange route is about 8 weeks I think, if you send him a wheel, it's 1-2 weeks. I'm sending him one at the end of the week as per his request.
Bumping this thread.
I've read through a few threads, my current setup is completely standard - advice without having to do lots of work sounds like it's best to just wire in a sub, I don't want to take up boot space, so would like a good underseat sub.
Is there any way to retain the standard...
All the bids are from the same two people, it's been bided up or something along those lines.

Oh right, I was gonna say it looked a bit crap, but didn't want to offend, so thought I'd play nice with the height. :rasp:
New one looks much better.
What was the old exhaust? The pipes look bigger than standard, but not big enough...
Eibach Prolines, 10mm drop I think?
I'm using a low profile jack.
The spirit level was more for me than the picture, I wasn't sure if the picture would give a good indication of slope, but it does.
I'll be getting under the front to move the manifold and get to the starter motor, so I'll turn the car round. Someone suggested getting to the starter by removing the drivers side wheel.
It's silly questions I know, but I've never jacked on unlevel ground. I presume bring the end up that's down the slope to level with the side up the slope?
So as the car sits, chock the front wheels by the sills and lift the rear?
Jacking on a slope. I know generally you shouldn't, but if I could it would make my life much much easier.
The slope is as follows:
Too much, or is there a safe way of doing so?
I was going to go with ramps, but then I wouldn't be able to remove wheels, my road is quite busy, so can't...
I fitted one the other day, just wondering, has everyone used the bolt provided? I'm really happy with the footrest, but the bolt doesn't sit flush, and looks a bit odd, I'm thinking about sticking it down instead, has anyone done this? Would those extra strong velcro pads do the job?
That info should have it's own individual thread and be stickied somewhere, colour code questions pop up all the time. Guess people still wouldn't use the search function though.
And I often find a google search better than the site search, it seems to find more relevant results.
Rick, how long can you wait? You're best off going to a meet, where if there's more than a dozen members, it's more than likely there will be 3 or 4 different types of exhaust, including the popular ones like Yozza, Scorpion and Milltek - I don't think videos really do it, it's hard to compare.
