but surely not the bhp comparison against the f4r engine though. possibly the same sort of bhp increase i'm not sure, but obviously not the overall top end figures.
just stick to brembo hc discs and oe pads or something a bit more spicy like the ferodo ds 2500's.
imo not worth paying a little bit less for an inferior disc. gsf do the brembo's for a decent price ;)
quite true! but stay with the 172, it'll be worth it in the long run. you might not see that now with the temptation of a faster car with a 12k price tag but it just won't be worth it now.
wait, and it'll better the longer you wait.
laptab in birmingham. had two sets done - mightily impressed.
got quoted 175 for 4x 15'' wheels.
might be a bit on the pricey side but it's a cracking job.
ill be honest, renault are damn cheap on them rear discs at the moment but there prices do seem to fluxuate from week to week so need to be cute if you get them from them!
ie. could be 120 one week 160 the next if you get my drift!
yeah it's a common fault, but i've taken my pre tensioners out so i've disturbed the wires myself and am now left with the lights on the dash. as said in another thread active at the moment a trip to rentech may be the only solution to get it reconfigured on their clip system.
(i'll get that...
didn't think it did in the end i found out today.
spoke to rentech (wasn't mike) today, was informed that the system(ecu maybe?) can be reconfigured so it will turn off the SERV and seat belt light's i've got off for a decent fee using their renault clip system. that just means a 300 mile round...
does leaving the negative battery terminal unhooked for 24 hours reset the ecu, ie. clear fault codes and dashboard lights such as serv and seat belt lights?
