lh handbrake cable 6000073733 £21.35 + vat
rh handbrake cable 6000073734 £29.55 + vat
be careful with the handbrake cables on these, if i remember right you may have to change both of the cables due to renault putting out a technical note due to the...
book says 72k, but i guess you can change them whenever you like. possibly...depends on state of your one when it comes off. if it was me i'd get a new one anyways, won't be too expensive.
Re: One Year on & £**** spent
nice idea with the headlamps, you just gonna swap them over when you get to the track or drive down with them already in place?
I didn't think it was needed tbh but I saw this link then thought about it. I've only ever put the key in the igniton to release the steering so i can turn the hubs when changing brakes.

2nd post down.
Should the key be left in the ignition when changing pads and/or discs aswell? If this is correct, at what position, ie. off or another position.
I've heard if key not left in, it can damage the abs pump. Is this right or a load of rubbish?
Yeah they're torx screws - pretty sure the tool to remove the engine cover screws are a part of the spare wheel kit. they're the two silver 'sticks' i think.
Re: One Year on & £**** spent
yeah basically it will work like you pay for the shaft and a surcharge fee, and when you bring the old shaft back to renault, they will refund the surcharge fee back to you.
at £94 it's pretty much a bargain.
