Curborough opens its gates for the first time this Saturday... If anyone is looking at joining bring £25 with you and you'll be able to use the circuit at least 8 times without having to pay anything again, which is a right bargain!
Not much to report so far, other than I hit a pothole which caused a chain of events but hopefully I'm all sorted for the time being.
Private reg makes a return...
Never been to this before and I'm glad I did because it was a good day out, although it should be at £26 a ticket!
Here's a couple of pictures from the rally display...
The rest of the album is here...

Apparently the police can be funny about numbers but I don't know what the legislation is, maybe @Sunglasses_Ron will know?
Curborough Sprint Course are funny about it, and I'm a regular there so the numbers will be staying off lol.
This is the inspiration behind it...
I'm not the first and won't be the last to copy it... I might be competing in a sprint series this year anyway so they might come in handy :)
Looks like the roundels don't go down well with Clio owners lol. They're quite a popular accessory in the MX-5 world, and I think they suit a green roadster! They're staying for now anyway :)
I thought I'd pop out this afternoon with my camera and get some pictures of the Mazda with its new door roundels... It polished up nicely considering it's been stood about all winter :). I love this car, one of my favourites everrrrrrr!
Instead of starting a new thread I thought I'd bump this one...
I've done the same thing... I've already taken pictures of the pothole and got a replacement wheel from Adam and kept the receipt. Just need to email my local council and see what they say.
Any tips or advice? Anyone claimed before?
Well I haven't actually done anything to the Mazda since buying it, other than servicing... TBH I like it as it is
I'm thinking of adding door roundels to give it the retro racer look
As you can see in the background my brother has bought one too, although it's a bit of a dog...
