you looked underneath the car? try cleaning out the inside of that head, possibly a rusted torx? dunno really, thought there was just 4 10 or 13 mils holdin em down. try hammerin an old socket over it
push the actual moulding towards the door (with the door open), and itll pop off and leave 4 clips, turn the clips 90 degrees and theyll come out of the hole
to refit, slide the clips onto the moulding and push it onto the quarter

drop the door pad off and find the clip that pushes onto the lock to secure it in place, probly inside the door at the bottom if the locks hanging out.
if the clip wont go behind the lock as the actual hole is bent, your gonna need to straighten it so its flat.
