adjust the actual bonnet on the hinges, 4x10 mil bolts i think, if the bonnets too far forward then lift the bonnet up, undo bolts, let it drop slightly, retighten, if its too far over to one side, undo bolts, push it over or pull hinges over then retighten, just trial n error really.

water pisses in when cornering, braking and accelorating, ive sealed the aerial so i know it aint that. when the weathers warmer im gonna drop the roof liner out and get a hose on it, see if i can find a leak, if not, take it out and...
ok you gonna need all of that arch or isit just bubbles on the edge of your quarter?
- get angle grinder/airsaw and cut out the section that needs replacing. cut downwards starting from the middle of the panel towards the wheel arch as im sure they are double skinned there, make sure you dont...
also gotta add. is that a porter cable thing your usin from america?
looks identical to the mop i bought from machine mart 35 quid inc vat.
not knocking what your doing with them, but a complete waste of money if you ask me
aint it.
cant see the point of this myself as 99.9% of burnthroughs using a mop are on edges, ie edge of a bonnet, bonnet gap to wing, door gap etc etc
you gotsa be a proper stevie to burn through the middle of a panel
you can strip it back if you want but there really is no need, just creating more work for yourself. if the spoiler colour looks ok and its not damaged, just prep it and paint onto the laquer, job done.
cant you lend a compressor and gun off someone and 2k laquer it? single pack laquer wont be really any good for wheels as they have a lot of wear n tear. will flake in no time
ide say your looking around 400 quid (give or take) as your gonna be painting into the quarters both sides. but it really does depend on where you live as prices can vary so much
is possible to get them out, used to do them when i worked at carcraft. not tried the kits though sorry.
kit i used had filler, hardener, uv light and a blade to scrape off the excess stuff

if your on here mate i was in the black clio havin the blast down the walsall road with ya. flashed you at the fullbrook lights. soon as i saw the sport badge on the back i thought ide try my luck lol. tbh i thought yours would pull away alot more than it did! pleased with my baby :)
the wings will fit straight on, you just need to flare the bumper slightly, pack it with washers so its straight as possible.
ive heard the headlamps dont fit the front panel on the phase 3 but this is from someone who doesnt have a clue n im pretty sure with a bit og grinding and persuasion...
