The mk2 172 wheels are so boring IMHO Renault really let us down with their lack of imagination. Those wheels look good but some people on here have said that 17s will slow the car down, thats why I stuck with 16s when I changed mine.

Mines started clunking too on full lock, but Im not sure if its coz I lowered it..does anyone know if that would make it clunk???

ouch!!! looks like the scrape I had on my bumper, had it sprayed and it looks like new. Think the reason that they didnt rip me off was because I am a girl.....knowing that I did know better. Hey Andyman ;)

They look so nice in silver but dont think they are 172s, unlike Ford who did an xr2i van :)

BP ultimate near me is 83.9, optimax is 79.9, I was disapointed with the BP stuff and will stick with Optimax

No they won’t be covered anymore, but if they are anything like mine and fall out quite often then the new part is always covered by the parts warranty, so its like getting a year warranty on just the washer ball over and over...lol

Does that mean the 4k rattle will be in stereo???;) I want one!! :)

Last time I filled up I used BP Ultimate, it cost more (83.something)and didnt do what it promised on the leaflet (said a 1.6 would feel like a 1.8 and a 1.8 would fell lick a 2.0 etc...!) Filled up with Optimax today, much, much better IMO :)

Had mine replaced, they take the wipers off but not the bonnet and only took em 40mins while I watched.....apart from the six weeks it took to get a new washer bottle!!

I bought a deceptively mint looking red xr2 drove it home and realised Id made a big mistake sold it the next day at the same auction that it came from.... and the lesson learned? ……don’t be blinded by a fresh paint job!! Hours owned = 18!!
