Rub one of those generously over the whole surface that...
You shouldn't need to prime them unless there's bare bits of plastic showing where the pain has come away. Make sure you scotch the area you're painting, otherwise it'll just flake off. Lacquer over the stickers too.
The bumper won't be cheap brand new. Walk into a Renault garage and copy the reg down of one the cars with the bumper you want and take it to the parts department. Although you should be able to find that bumper fairly easily on eBay or something.
Your paint code is on the sticker inside your...
Don't be gay. You paid £110, might as well get as much as you can for it. Put it towards more masking tape for your carpet. It's also twice as easy to post now ;) Every cloud has a silver lining.
If the trim fits your bumper perfectly, but not his, then surely the problem is the bumper.
Take your bumper off to fit these, and make sure all the clips are pushed properly into place, as one not set in right will flex the trim
Oooh, a fiver at most. They're not very desireable, especially snapped in half. I won the lottery last week, so I'm feeling a bit fruity. Tell you what, I'll give you £15 for it. Daylight robbery I know, but I just can't pass helping someone out.
Yeah definitely! You don't need the other things. Just plug them in, and if you have a twitchy arse, remove them prior to your MOT. I can guarantee than 99% of people who have retrofitted xenons here have done the same.
The auto leveling is only really working when you have a load in the back...
If you can get a couple of complete units, they plug right in no problem. I currently have them on my Cup, and can adjust them individually using the adjuster on each headlamp, or both at the same time using the level controls underneath the steering wheel. I didn't have to mod anything to do...
Eh?!
The belt on the left hand side of the engine is the Aux belt. It runs the alternator and powersteering (also the aircon in non Cup models). It needs to be changed the exact same time the Cambelt does as the Aux belt needs to be removed in the process. Trust me.
The only benefit here is...
Mine did this too one morning. Was just about to have it towed, and thought "f**k it," unplugged the TDC sensor, wiped it on my work clothes, plugged it back in and the car started first time.
You and me both, or the plastic around the actual handbrake stick. Although that's sometimes a panic as it's quite hard to push back on, especially when the lights change suddenly.
Try it on another computer mate. My missus' laptop decided it didn't want to open a couple of her essays, saying the exact same thing. Worked fine on my computer though, and I just re-saved it and send the new save back to her. Worked fine after that.
Re: iPhone Software 3.0 Discussion (New hardware Expected 9/6/2009)
For anyone installing either beta, be sure to set up the iPhone as a new device in iTunes, otherwise you'll run into YouTube and MMS problems.
