I paid £390 to get the Camblet and Aux belt replaced in Renault in Inverness for my 172 Cup 4 weeks ago.

Yes the Cup has a timing belt. If you havent had it replaced already, do it NOW. It's WELL overdue.

It was part of a cost saving measure. Cup badges are £13 each from Renault and don't listen to Day, the 172 Cup badges are superior ;-) tiny smidge of glue on the '2' as it's prone to falling off.

I wouldn't waste your time changing the wheels over. I've had warranty work on both my Clios with modified parts.

£200 is a fair price and I'd highly advise getting the rear wing blended. For a second hand glass you're looking at the most, £30. The bodyshop should be able to get that for you. No point going for new glass. A bit of steel wool will bring up a second hand piece nicely.

The parts are £140 trade. So i'm guessing thats the labour charge you're talking about there? Had mine done by Renault in Inverness yesterday for £244 with supplied parts. Full service was a promotional £79. the hourly rate for fitting the cambelt/auxbelt etc was also on promotion.

Are you talking about ones from a MK3? Not gonna happen if so. You would need to smooth over the indentation from the originals, then after the doors and wings have been painted, bond on the MK3 ones. If you mean the MK2 PH2 sidestrips, then it should be a straight swap.
