Danny, when i bought my ph2 it had a loud banging knocking noise when i got to around 4k rpm and upwards. Losen your engine mount on the left of the engine and knock the mount forward with a crowbar or something and then tighten it again. Same for the one under the battery.

Probably easier to take the bumper off unless you have tiny hands. Its possible to leave the bumper on and do it though

Yeah they would need to be pretty powerfull to get any dirt off the lights, if theres any dirt there to start with. Mine have been out of action for over a year now and its passed 2 mots

Yeah ive seen this too. Looks good actually. But imo, that style exhaust is for the mk3. Looks 'chavy' on a mk2
