ANYWAY, even a turbo clio is still completely different car to an evo of any sort. The evo is alot quicker than a standard clio so the fact that the turbo clio can keep with one is a good achievenent and i'd be happy with that!

This happend to my 1.2. It was the circlip. Was driving out of the village, went to change from 3rd to 4th and there was nothing! Had to push the car about a mile back home

Might seem silly but try wiggling the 2 sensors on the top inlet Mine are lose on my 172 and when they move about it causes the car to run on 3. Give it a wee wiggle and it runs normal again.

Also, dont rely on people indicating. They might not know their indicator is on and you might think they are turning in when they have no intentions of actually doing so!

I done a day course through my work and even in the couple of hours i done, i learnt alot! Good thing i learned was that driving at 30 in 4th gear in more economical than driving in 5th at 30 because the car isnt struggling so much. Some cars are 3rd for 30, 4th for 40 though.
