Can it be cleaned off with anything? I remember i tried the 'spray window tint' which ran really badly and when i closed the bootlid it came through the rubber seal and ran down the rear bumper. My own stupid fault!

I think ill be having this problem soon. Had mine done late last year at renault and its already started making a noise again. Personally i'd go back and be polite with the paperwork as said above, and see what they say!
