The cars appeared to have been figured in the dry!
0-60
Fezza ST 8.2 secs
Clio 182 cup 6.9 secs
Seat Ibiza 150bhp turbo 7.3 secs
Skoda VRS 8.5 secs (not bad tbh)
TBH the 3 rivals were only warm hatches fezza, fabia RS and seat ibiza 1.8 T so maybe the clio was too performance orientated for them its figures seem to say so!
Hi Pocket rocket is it like the below damage as this was a big dent near the 2 lirtre badge, cost me £200 quid from a body shop to hammer out, fill and respray. The even gave me the spare paint for next time lol!

Dont get people wrong cupsportmad its a great car and was equal to the 911 carrea s in all the areas where it mtatered in the evo test, however if they had placed a 182 with cup pack in the test the results would be the same as they are exactly the same car!!
R Jay Cup posted some good advice, to be honest it doesnt matter what car shampoo you use as long as you dont use a sponge, try the meguiars lambswool mitt!
I would go with NXT tech wax and if your realy fanatical top it with meguiars #16. Or as R jay Cup said you could try P21-S as the...
Mrdemon
I wouldnt even attempt a sponge as it just pushes dirt/grit against your paintwork with no where to go, it will however have somewhere to go with a deep pile mitt !

Am fully aware of the limitations of this site but it appears to be spot on compared to vbox mag results for the RS clio range.
1.8 16v is quoted as 22.94 for 0-100 which is a tad fatser than what Ben H was quoting above...
Totally agree with R Jay Cup, dealer valet boys inflict swirl marks by ahem...preparing your car for you, it is easy to scratch a clear coat paint but very easy to minimise by washing top to bottom, using 2 bucket method and a wash mitt.
IMO sponges are responsible for 90% plus of swirl marks...
Ahem, ignore all of the advice so far;)
Prevention is better than cure, use a lambs wool wash mitt as a sponge will only inflict swirl marks on todays water based clear coat paints.
To remove what you have alreay without inflicting more try this product, best applied with a RANDOM orbit...
Same here, I believe NXT on its own looks better than topping with #16, could try another carnuba wax though!
Personally am not a fan of super resin polish as its designed as an all in one and peeps use it like a wax when in fact it has very mild cutting properties.
