Full adjustment is only of use of course if you understand what your doing with it and why ..... other than that the type of setup you describe is perfect .
that and the fact 2 way adjustable isn't easy to set up unless you understand whats going on ....... and as for 3 way ..... i won't go near them as i really don't feel confident not to get totally lost
your never going to find a race spec product that will not need constant servicing are you , the same goes for alot of high end 4 pot calipers ...... that's why even if only a track toy i have had stuff in the garage over winter and strip and rebuilt what needs doing ..... road car conditions...
thats the first time i have seen that said here and i had ben wondering for a while why they were rated , as from personal experience they have always been down the bottom of the pile . they were that bad the company has gone bust at least once , however there may be something the new owners are...
United States: in the US octane rating is displayed in AKI. In the Rocky Mountain (high elevation) states, 85 AKI (90 RON) is the minimum octane, and 91 AKI (95 RON) is the maximum octane available in fuel[citation needed]. The reason for this is that in higher-elevation areas, a typical...
As its a solid not a liquid how do you dip it ? carbon is a fibre thats weaved like matt hence the squared effect and its either wet layed and resined as you would fiberglass or its pre preg which is carbon matt inpregnated with the resin that requires a catalyst to make it set at high temp and...
New car -as the dealer said when i picked mine up the other week the one driven hard from day one are always better , and have adopted this for ever new car we have had .
Rebuilt engine , all of my race engines were done on a dyno before i picked them up ..........
you want to try running in a...
thats fair enough ..... even my track day cars have been dedicated track cars and done minimal road work as we always have other daily drivers .
don't currently have a track car at all , and i'd just drive the 172 we have as is ... totally boggo , as building track cars is a slippery slope...
yes i understand that ...... my reasons would be personal and having it spot on when in the car alone , as adding passengers adds weight and slows the car anyway .
rear camber = shims
surprised Rich said don't corner weight , but i can understand why you wouldn't , personally if i was doing it i would want it spot on , however from your above post cost is obviously and issue .
err wasn't it under 14? 13.6 or something watching the Guinness record guy tell them the time ?
LOL edited to say its in the vid title .....!!!
slaps self . 300k's is 186 mph LOL
I would set it up for you on track , any weight changes on the road should never matter anyway as you should never be "on it" on the road ......
and its a good base point to start with when doing a full geo setup ,
no idea what Richard charges to be honest , have a chat with him .
in the mean time some more info

pointless doing anything else if you don't corner weight it ....... its a basic first step in car setup and you always work from there , another term you may have heard is having a car flat floored , as corner weights and any geo settings are done from the datum point of a totally flat floor .
And going on from what Chip has said which is good sound advice , i would say how do you find the turn in on your current setup ? do you consistently hit apexes ok or do you struggle and maybe hit 6 out of 10 ,
the rear arb will dial in (or have the ability too ) a looser rear , however...
Just a few from our trip at christmas to the Masai Mara , not really had a chance to sort or post process them they unfortunately they are how they were shot and not exactly perfect , but the content is there.
i think you miss the point , Ken isn't the driving god people make him out to be ....... in fact Foust has been one of the top if not the best drive since around )& on the X-games circuit and has turned that into being top of the game in global rallycross too in the last few years ....

i lived between the uk and germany for a few years (no no military but the wife being a rocket scientist on eurofighter) would drive here during the week , and germany every single weekend , i have worked in finland a fair bit too , and you do learn a fair few useful things , clearing snow is a...

Re: Clear the snow off your roof please
LOL tony , just been out in the new volvo , and 235-45's don't make for great snow tyres .......... i drove like a pussy .
Re: Clear the snow off your roof please
I would not say they are Mongs , they just have never been educated , most don't realise that the 3 inches of snow on a roof for example stays put for the first bit of a journey , then the heat warms it up a bit , they brake and hey presto , blind ...
Just a quick one for anyone who does not realise in all the excitement of the snow , clear the roof of your car , the dangers of not doing so are not good , having seen accidents when we lived in Germany and people not doing it (though most realise and do ), you would be amazed at how quickly...
