we had Be broadband on a local loop , but as Be have decided not to go fibre yet (and now i don't think will we swapped to bt )
we are a fair distance from the exchange ,and not that close to our cab , and this is what i have just got
i would say BT are better than sky when it comes to...
when i had a 5 turbo back in the day there was a mint white phase 2 driven by a lady in her late 60's , always wanted to get hold of it if she decided to sell , however so did the supplying dealer as it was stupidly low mileage , when i saw it out and about it used to get a spirited drive.....
that was exactly my point ..... but hey he will never understand , and will be another one of those who will do it again because it simply wasn't his fault and people just lied .
FWIW the 2 witnesses that appeared did him a favour and shortened his pain.
your still not understanding thats not the reason it went against you are you ???
Seriously you are going to have to try and learn from the mistake , its one you made , look how many people pointed that out.
or ring your insurer and ask them why it went against you so you can analyze it ...
I do admire you for coming back and saying whats happened , however don't be bitter and think he has got people to lie , if your insurer really believed they were false statements they would have challenged them , just try and learn from it .
They obviously felt it was clear cut to have...
LOL yes it lowers the average price paid , that means the youngen's are all paying the high price!
our anual prices this year

172cup - £365-comp

so us oldies arn't saving the youngsters , its you lots making them pricey !!
oh and wife uses the 172...
No doubt his insurance co have read his thread to now .... you will be amazed what they trawl through and spot especially when sorting iffy accidents ... if they haven't there is a good chance the 3rd party will ....... last thing I would discuss on an open forum is an unresolved accident...
doubt the OP will comment on this again .... especially if he has now viewed the cctv , as think about it cctv won't cover a massively wide bit of road , so if its opposite the junction and caught the incident , well lets just say it won't be doing any favours .
Steven we have found insuring cars on separate policies works out cheaper
i have a classic policy with Footman James on our 911 , renewal due on the 1st of June is 185 quid (5k limited miles agreed value 15k)
i have always found policies with the right specialists better for all our cars .
I suspect the op will go very quiet after the truth dawns on him,and we will never know the outcome .
The fact he has been told the other party has a witness whether he thinks they are legit or not will make his insurer cave quicker .....
You can get an insurer to fight a 50/50 but you want...
Having had similar situations to deal with on our fleet cars there are several things against you here
1 he was on the main road and you joined from a side road
2 cctv will not prove speed and even if he was speeding that will not get you out of the fact he is on the main road
3 the cctv...
My box was new in march ..... however done another forced update and now see that menu.
Will see if it configs ok ......
Now all they need to do now is roll out android tablets on sky go
i really can't see the point in replacing a 206gti with a 182 , very similar type of cars and speed , most won't tell the difference on the road ,especially if a "cautious" driver ....
the leon cupra R suggestion was a much better one for similar money as cheap to map and be quick as they...
i had been told that the 890 and 895 boxes didn't have the hardware to put 5.1 over hdmi ,and only the non recording 595 box could ....
so what was said above was mis information , however still struggling with 5.1 out of sky :( on the new amp , any which way ....
fortunately i am sitting...
right , had sky round this morning .... as we had the dish moved as the trees were blocking the signal , latest update onto my 890 and no 5.1 over hdmi at all ,just stereo ....
In which case we willl see what mine does as they hadnt ... how did you tell you got it last night ,
True hd would be good as I run a propper 7.1 setup but I doubt it
I have it on authority from the av forum and the fact I have a brand new sky box 2tb hd sky + ... they dont pass 5.1 over hdmi andvare unlkkely to do so in the not to distant future
