In standard form, theres a vacuum pipe from the plenum to that valve, and then a pipe from there to the acoustic valve. Probably been left plugged into the electrics due to it bringing a engine light on when unplugged.
Its telling you theres 2ohm speaker load option, for running more than one speaker on a channel. not that its 45w rms at 2 ohm. Click the 2 at the end of the statement and it tells you.
Its just a harness for when fitting after market bluetooth like parrot etc, its basically an extension, with iso plugs/connection halfway down the power cables and speaker cables, and you just plug it all in.
If keeping the original head unit, recommend one of these

Plug and play with the appropriate bluetooth fitting loom.
Dont know what its like on standard speakers but its sounds alot better than standard with better speakers, fitted two under seat subs with mine, sounds even better.
Depends what adapter youve bought, on megane forum, the guys modded a modeo lead, i bought a megane 3 one, which plugged and played, the only thing i had to do, was move the two smaller plugs from the meganes main plug into the new plug that plugs into the stereo.
Unplug the power cable in the loom in the second picture and plug to the amp loom, and the piggy back plug off the amps loom plugs back to the one that you just unplugged.
