    Had my wheels Stolen!

I've heard of worse happen at a bodyshop - an old guy near me was having his VW transporter converted so that he could drive his disabled wife around (she was in a wheelchair) and that got robbed. He was gutted bless him. They're apparently worth a fair bit. If they're paying then look on the...

Apex springs "150-4051 apex springs 40 mm"

Get eibach sportlines then. Or coilovers if you can afford 420+ :)

Apex springs "150-4051 apex springs 40 mm"

They're alright to be honest - you get what you pay for. Not as good as sportlines, but then they are about £50 cheaper than eibach's offering. Not as good as coilovers, but then they only cost 1/5th of the price! Depends what your main concert is I guess. Looks or ride quality :)

Clio 1.4 16v Help and Advice

Standard brakes are fine tbh. If you want to lower it cheaply, eibach sportlines (£120) or apex (£80) are probably the best bet for a -40mm drop. If you can afford it go with what edde said though ;) Colour coding the bumps strips is easy enough to do yourself, but if you want it done in a...

Cheap flame red phase 1 172

That bloke bought it off a guy from the Isle of Wight on eBay for about 3000. I was pretty close to buying it from the original guy. This one's been trying to shift it for a while. I suspect he bought it either to make a quick buck or something's not right with it as it was up for sale less...

    insurance claim?

If you claim through her insurance, your ncb won't be affected iirc. You can't claim through your insurance for repairs to your own car for obvious reasons (tpft) ;)

Best substance to attach a non-static window sticker

I'm not kidding when I say use a decent hairspray. Spray loads on so it's all liquidy, position it, then use a squeegy/rubber blade to push the air bubbles out of it :)
