Its interesting you say that Tom beacuse the cup went faster around bedford than the M3 but slower than the CTR, I think it all depends on track conditions on the day and probbaly tyre choice!

Performance wise there isnt a hot hatch out there that is significantly faster than the a cup up to the ton, next step up would have to be an EVO or STI scoob, I quite fancy the new EVO 260 as EVO (mag) have got some good times from it ALternativly a 1969 lotus elan sprint Or of couse a VX220!

Just spoke to EVO They DO NOT guarantee delivery before it is out in the shops and it is TOUGH if you get it a few days later as they simply rely on ROYAL MAIL which we all know are about as effective as a chocolate tea pot :@

I did the opposite, you will notice a better feel in handling terms and a flatter torque curve which is good for overtaking w/o changing gear.

I have a sony head unit and two alpine 6x9s which I want to put into my cup. My local auto electrix place has quoted me £180 for the installation to include strenghing and covering the parcel shelf, the adapter to allow stalk and dispaly and installing the head unit. Is this about right...

I read in a advanced driving book that you should signal as if to overtake them and if they dont pull over to try a flash of the lights, undertaking however wasnt recommended! If some one is driving in the middle lane when the driving lane is clear and I want to overtake them I do make a show...
