Ive got a vid on my phone (taken from passenger seat) of a lap of the nurburgring, but its a nokia video file and carnt find anyway to convert it to media etc?
I looking at some discs from a company called Galfer.
Check them out http://www.galfer.co.uk/index.html?lang=en-uk&target=front.html
Not cheep but look like a good deal, not sure whether the discs are larger or not, going to email and find out.
I know off a couple of 182s past the 25,000 mark that need rear discs and pads (discs cost around £200 for the pair because of there integral hub) rear bias is high for a small car.
My 182 has 4000 miles on the clock (in 7 weeks) and that includes a trip to the nurburgring with ten laps and my...
You can get 310s behind 15s with the right wheel, it also depends a lot on the caliper (back face depth). I know that meganes are 5 stud, i will make a jig and then redrill and tap them.
Just wanted to know what people were using and what was avalible from who etc.
Anyone fitted a 4 pot brake kit to a 182? If so what size disc under standard wheels and what is the kit?
Looking at building my own with some EVO 8 calipers and redrilled discs from a Megane 225 but wondered what was around?
will easily have 500 miles on it before i leave and the journey there is around 600 so it will be run in by the rime it hits the track. Just means that by the time i get back next monday it will have around 2000 miles on the clock.
And i wont be going mad at the ring, not much point in...
Pick up my new 182 on monday morning, mteallic blue both cup packs. Then im off to the nurburgring on thursday in it, there for three days.
Should be fun:D
Cardiffs a bit far to go for me really, 500mile round trip. Blueflame is just down the road and they do all TVRs exhausts as well as a few tuning companies like Paramount Performance (Jags) and they do some of the british superbike exhausts. I will take i ride down and see what they do.
Im looking for an exhaust for a 03 1.6 16v and wanted to know what is avaliable, nothing to loud (comuting 100miles on the motorway) and preferably a single 3inch. Im considering a custom job from Blueflame if theres nothing else avaliable, has anyone any experience of these?
Not a bad idea this!
If you have a interest in the price at the pump - read on. If not
please pass it on to someone who does.
I think this could be worth a try.
We are going to hit close to 89p a litre by the summer.
Want petrol prices to come down? We need to take some intelligent...
The wheels on a car are the final components in the drivtrain and although the easiest to change, they shoud be one of the last things to be altered to get a higher top speed. To get anywhere nere the 200mph figure would be impossible just by changing your wheels, mainly due to the fact that you...
