i fookin hate Norton - its a rediculous programme. My bird insisted on having it on her laptop and guess what? loading up things now takes about 45 mins longer lol
look at it this way - the more expensive it gets - the bigger the card gets!
the 7600 is relatively small but the 7800's tend to be a bit bigger - ive got a 7800 GTX Extreme and she's a big girl! (PCI-Express)
definately build your own system - never ever buy off the shelf systems and i mean EVER. You will get ripped off. You will save at least 30% just building it yourself and it is really a lot easier than people think - i tell you, if all the people out there who got swindled by dell actually knew...

It is THE most common problem with clios - its a bloody joke!!!! although i cant remember what the specific reason for it is - sure someone on here does though mate
i would suggest that it is the mix up in sticks then mate - most people would advise you that you only stick with the same make for all of your ram - micing it up often causes problems.
1st - what make is the ram and is it all the same
2nd - does your board support 4 sticks in total?
3rd - if your board does support 4 sticks, and you have just three in there, then i would suggest that it is a built in safety measure to the board which means that you can only use 1 slot, 2...
word of warning actually - you will never get OCUK (overclockers) on the phone EVER. however, you cans end them a webnote which they seem to prefer and reply to pretty quickly. Although, i have ahd a few issuews with OCUK, usually not advertising thiings correctly or taking payment for an item...
just bare in mind that there are probably some olther bits and bobs that you can use in your current set up - i rekon you could get about £250 selling the thing as a whole........

be careful with OCUK - ive had various probs with these guys - when they get it right - they get it right. When they get it wrong, they usually get it wrong because of stupidity - oh, and dont even bother to try and get them on the phone - although their web message system is rather good.
At the end of the day, the only quetion you should be asking yourself is - why on earth would anyone buy a laptop in order to play games? i appreciate your lack of space, but more space can always be made, especially where a similar PC that is a Tower is almost always 25% cheaper than a laptop...
hehehehhe, you know it makes sense!! turbo power in a sardine can!!! you want speed - there it is on a plate - just dont crash it or expect it to run for more than about 20mins without over heating etc...........
