why might i ask are you taking the engine out in the first place dude?

it sounds to me like it has to be a mount of some sort - i would go about checking the dog bone mount - its the one underneath the engine block which connects the chassis to the engine - check that as its a common thing to go on valvers

i know you sound like you know what you are talking about and i do no in any way wish to sound condesending, but have you looked at the bridging within each fuse to make sure its not broken? Is the correct amp fuse in the correct socket? have you checked the fuse key that should come on the box...

Fuse - check them all - ill almost guarantee its that

when did you get the original? if its from PC world you can probably take it back and swap it!! it must be a knackered card in my opinion

just look in the engine bay and look on the end of your engine block. You will see a rubber belt - you will soon be able to tell if it has snapped - just pull it and see what happens. If this is the case then it aint the end of the world - dont be scared to get your hands dirty and try and nfix...
